The acquisition marks a strategic turning point for the company, which will now focus fully on its new global SaaS venture, Youtello.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEljar Ness, CEO of eDialog24 AS, states:<br>\u2013 Over the past few years, we\u2019ve seen increasing demand from contact centers for comprehensive all-in-one solutions from a single provider. After several highly successful collaborations with LeadDesk, it was a natural choice to select them as the right partner to meet this market demand and to continue both the solution and the relationships with our loyal customers.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alongside the transfer of ownership of the eDialog24 solution, the company is changing its name to Youtello AS. The new name reflects the company\u2019s strategic focus: Youtello \u2013 a modern, mobile customer management app for small and medium-sized businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Strong Solution Finds a New Home<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The eDialog24 solution has been in operation for over 20 years and has contributed significantly to some of Norway\u2019s most award-winning contact centers \u2013 particularly within public administration and the financial sector. With the acquisition, LeadDesk strengthens its position in Norway, which is already its largest market. LeadDesk also gains access to a strong portfolio of existing customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Transaction Terms:<\/strong><br>The debt-free value of the eDialog24 solution is approximately EUR 700,000, with a potential additional earn-out of up to EUR 400,000. The acquisition is structured as an asset deal with no employee transfers.
