eDialog24 AS has entered into an agreement to sell its well-established customer service solution, eDialog24, to LeadDesk Plc<\/a> \u2013 a leading European provider of cloud-based contact center systems. The acquisition marks a strategic turning point for the company, which will now focus fully on its new global SaaS venture, Youtello.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cEljar Ness, CEO of eDialog24 AS, states: Alongside the transfer of ownership of the eDialog24 solution, the company is changing its name to Youtello AS. The debt-free value of the eDialog24 solution is approximately EUR 700,000, with a potential additional earn-out of up to EUR 400,000. The acquisition is structured as an asset deal with no employee transfers.
