eDialog24 AS Sells Customer Service Solution eDialog24 to Finnish LeadDesk – Going All-In on Youtello
eDialog24 AS has entered into an agreement to sell its well-established customer service solution, eDialog24, to LeadDesk Plc – a leading European provider of cloud-based contact center systems. The acquisition marks a strategic turning point for the company, which will now focus fully on its new global SaaS venture, Youtello.

Alongside the transfer of ownership of the eDialog24 solution, the company is changing its name to Youtello AS. The new name reflects the company’s strategic focus: Youtello – a modern, mobile customer management app for small and medium-sized businesses.
A Strong Solution Finds a New Home
The eDialog24 solution has been in operation for over 20 years and has contributed significantly to some of Norway’s most award-winning contact centers – particularly within public administration and the financial sector. With the acquisition, LeadDesk strengthens its position in Norway, which is already its largest market. LeadDesk also gains access to a strong portfolio of existing customers.
Transaction Terms:
The debt-free value of the eDialog24 solution is approximately EUR 700,000, with a potential additional earn-out of up to EUR 400,000. The acquisition is structured as an asset deal with no employee transfers. As part of the agreement, the parties have signed a Transitional Services Agreement (TSA), under which Youtello AS will provide technical operations and customer support during a transition period.
